This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in all guest experience interactions related to photo concession facilities
Assisting with ticket sales, combo packages, questions, directions, and guidance in visiting our sister attractions and the Canadian Rockies
Using a computerized ticketing systems to issue and process guest ticket
Handles cash and credit transactions
Validates tickets prior to boarding
Performs crowd management
Solicits guest feedback

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Strong customer focus providing friendly, professional and efficient service
Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
Demonstrate high levels of positive energy and a willingness to take on new challenges
Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced environment
Previous photo experience an asset

The starting wage for this role is $18.50
