• Provide clinical, technical, and educational expertise to support market development for the employer's products
• Conduct on-site education and consulting for customers, including training on product use
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales plans
• Identify growth opportunities and facilitate execution with sales and clinical support teams
• Serve as a technical resource and product champion, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective use of products

• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of medical technology and clinical practices
• Experience in CRM systems is a prerequisite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with healthcare professionals
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with an Associate Diploma, or 8 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma in the APAC region
• Practical knowledge of project management and healthcare solutions
• Previous experience in training or educational roles within the medical field
