Position: Director, Regional Field Sales (LTC - Western )

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Execute the region’s sales strategy and manage selling activities
  • Achieve quarterly and annual territory sales objectives in alignment with Sales and Marketing plans
  • Ensure effective training for medical professionals to meet high‑quality standards
  • Build relationships with potential customers to support the sales team and promote product benefits
  • Manage team performance and development, implementing plans for individual growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Minimum of three years of healthcare sales team management experience
  • Experience in direct medical device sales and support management
  • Broad knowledge of the medical device industry and sales management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-resolution skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in coaching and developing sales teams in a high‑performance environment
  • Proven ability to communicate scientific and clinical features of products effectively
  • Familiarity with IT automation and mobile applications in multi‑cultural settings
  • Demonstrated business acumen with an understanding of market dynamics
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
