Territory Manager - West, Central, North Canada
Caldera Medical is seeking a Territory Manager to cover West, Central, and North Canada. The role requires living close to a well-connected airport within 80-120 kilometers of Vancouver, BC, or Calgary, Alberta. Only candidates residing in Canada and legally authorized to work will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Standardize and maintain consistency across assigned customers and regions.
- Exceed monthly sales performance standards and quotas.
- Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders, strategic customers, and purchasing decision-makers.
- Support growth within IDN Systems and GPOs.
- Lead sales interactions and uphold Caldera C4 Values (Care, Collaborate, Challenge, Create).
- Travel approximately 60% overnight, typically 3 nights per week.
Qualifications
- Residence near a well-connected airport within 80-120 km of Vancouver, BC, or Calgary, Alberta.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of medical sales experience and 2 years in medical device sales management.
- Experience in fast-growing companies and navigating the VAC process; selling into the OR.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

- Results-driven, proactive attitude.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Analytical skills and CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).
- Proficiency in Excel. Master’s degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- CAD $70,000 - $100,000 annual salary.
