The Tlicho Community Services Agency (TCSA) is seeking a qualified Home Support Worker (HSW) to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care to clients of the Home Care Program in Whatì.
Under the direction of nursing staff, the Home Support Worker supports clients in maintaining their health, safety, comfort, and independence within their homes. The HSW delivers care in accordance with established care plans, TCSA policies, and program standards, while respecting the cultural values of the Tlicho community.
The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary health care team, supporting clients
¿ physical, emotional, social, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Salary Information
The salary range for this position is from $37.90 per hour to $45.27 per hour (approximately $73,905 - $88.277) plus an annual Northern Allowance of $15,469.
