We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Recreation team at Arrow Lakes Hospital in Nakusp, BC! As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll have the chance to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate a variety of recreational/leisure programs designed to enhance the health and well-being of our residents and clients in long-term care and acute settings.

This position is a relief part time (0.20

FTE) position that working on Tuesdays from 08:00 to 16:00.

Your Role:
You will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and meaningful recreational activities for our residents and clients. From crafts and music to woodworking and mental aerobics, you'll develop programs that cater to their physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs and interests. As a supervisor, you'll also oversee designated staff, students, and volunteers, providing guidance, coordinating work assignments, and ensuring the highest standards of performance.
