Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst Expert

Job Type: Part-time

Pay Range: $140-$240 (based on seniority)

Location: Remote, Canada, US and Europe (exclusive)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Analyst Expert to join our customer's team and play a pivotal role within the core investment engine of one of the world’s largest companies. This is a unique opportunity for experienced bankers to leverage their deep financial modeling and valuation expertise in a remote, part-time setting, supporting high-impact deal making and strategic analysis.

• Execute advanced valuation analyses, including DCF (with WACC build), Trading Comps, and Precedent Transactions
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models: integrated 3-statement, operating models, and 13-week cash flows
• Construct and refine deal models, such as base-level LBO and merger models, with focus on accretion/dilution
• Build and analyze industry-specific models, including sale leasebacks, REIT conversions, and NAV models
• Provide expertise in bespoke transactions – from spin/carve-outs to IP licensing and RMT structures
• Lead advanced, vertical-specific due diligence, covering unit economics, cohort trends, and specialized analyses
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders through precise written and verbal communication

• Proven 2+ years of hands-on investment banking/private equity experience at tier 1 U.S. banks or equivalent buy-side roles
• Expert in core valuation methodologies and complex financial modeling
• Deep proficiency in building and stress-testing deal and industry-specific models
• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute bespoke and advanced transaction analyses
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior audiences
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
• Proven effectiveness working independently in remote teams

• Experience in private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, or growth equity
• Prior roles in corporate development, FP&A, or strategic finance at large enterprises or high-growth tech firms
• Exposure to specialized transaction structures and vertical-specific due diligence
