The bigger picture

We’re looking for a motivated team-player who is member-service focused to come on board as a temporary part-time Financial Services Representative at our Assiniboia branch working 20-25 hours per week! This temporary position is for a one year contract.

As the first point of contact for our members, you will provide everyday banking services and products to meet members’ immediate needs. Through conversations, you will get to know our members, and assist them in reaching their financial goals.

How you’ll be spending your time

Assisting members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more

Proactively identifying and responding to members’ needs to empower members to achieve what matters to them

Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications – to help fill in any gaps on a day to day basis

Uncovering opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships

Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the industry

High School Diploma

Experience in providing customer service

Experience in cash handling

Salary Range

$22.24 - $26.16 with a 6% Short Term Incentive Target
