About the Opportunity
Analyze and report on production, inventory, and overhead costs
Manage month- and year-end close related to inventory and cost of sales
Reconcile inventory discrepancies and analyze product margins
Support budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies
Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing and financial performance
Create ad hoc financial reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Calculate and validate monthly sales commissions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve cost-related issues
Contribute to process improvements and internal control enhancements
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–8 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, data modeling)
Experience with Smartsheets and/or BI tools are assets
CPA/CMA designation is a plus
Knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and process mapping
Salary Range
$60,000 - $80,000 /year
