Job Description
An exciting newly created role has opened for a highly driven and detail-oriented finance executive. Reporting directly to the CFO, the  Senior VP of Finance  will supervise the entire accounting department and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the company. This position has strong growth potential and could evolve into a CFO role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Directly manage the Corporate Controller and Financial Analyst.

Ensure timely completion of month‑end close processes.

Review and analyze apartment operation statements on a monthly basis.

Maintain and update operating proformas for every operating entity at least quarterly.

Oversee the roll‑up of all entities P&L and cash flow.

Prepare quarterly meeting books and board books for executive review.

Oversee all property appraisals and loan draws.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all lenders.

Prepare ad hoc proformas, cashflows, and financial analysis as needed.

Qualifications

Extensive finance and accounting experience, ideally in real estate or corporate environments.

Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accountability.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, strategic, and evolving environment.

A track record of producing accurate, timely, and actionable financial reports.
