Our Member Advisors play a vital role in supporting our members by providing friendly, knowledgeable service across our branches and digital channels. As a summer student, you'll gain hands-on experience in financial services, strengthen your communication and problem‑solving skills, and be part of a supportive team dedicated to helping members succeed.
What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for our members—greeting them warmly and helping them with day‑to‑day banking needs.Respond to member inquiries by offering clear advice and guidance on a full range of financial products and services.Promote and support members with both cash and non‑cash products and services, identifying opportunities to help them achieve their financial goals.Utilize digital banking solutions to make banking easier, more efficient, and more convenient for members.Supporting our members
, connecting them to the right Credit Union products and services that meet their needs.Travel within the region as required (up to 200 km), following Innovation’s Travel Practice Guidelines.Perks of Being a Summer Student at Innovation

Minimum 1-year full-time attendance at a high school or post-secondary institution and will be returning to an applicable education program on a full-time basis for the Fall 2026 school termWorking towards an education program that is applicable to our organization such as Commerce, Business, Agribusiness, Finance, IT, HR, Marketing, Engineering, etc.A people person who possesses excellent communication skills.Someone who values Accountability, Integrity, and Respect.Detail-oriented and risk aware, contributing to the safeguarding of our company’s assets and reputation.Proficient in digital literacy, including (but not limited to) critical thinking, problem solving and navigation using digital solutions.Use and comfortability with a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, Power BI).About Us
