Job DescriptionThe Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction with Play Digital IGT products and services, and maximizing revenue opportunities. The focus will be on the growth and success of designated markets.
The successful candidate will develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and casino gaming market, becoming a trusted advisor to customers. Strong communication skills, a client-friendly manner, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in challenging environments are essential. Knowledge of casino products, especially the Play Digital IGT game library, is advantageous.
The Account Manager oversees the entire customer experience, collaborating with customers and internal teams such as Product and Delivery to meet expectations, manage satisfaction, and ensure financial performance.
An understanding of online casino operations, marketing, game promotions, and KPIs is necessary to help improve customer performance through open dialogue.
Responsibilities- At least 5 years of experience as an account manager, preferably in gaming
