HSE Engineer

Responsibilities

Operational Safety:
Enforce safety standards during high-risk activities like hot work, working at heights, lifting, and confined space entry.

Inspections & Audits:
Perform daily safety patrolling, identify unsafe acts/conditions, and conduct regular safety audits.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, including managing Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and reporting to regulatory authorities.

Incident Management:
Lead accident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Training & Induction:
Conduct safety induction for new employees, contractors, and lead daily toolbox talks.

Emergency Response:
Develop and maintain emergency and disaster management plans.

Documentation:
Maintain safety records, including Lost Time Injuries (LTI), first aid, and incident reports.
