We have an exciting opportunity for an Intermediate / Junior Engineering professional who will join our Mechanical Team in Red Lake, ON .
This role will be called upon to assume responsibility for a multitude of multidisciplinary projects primarily in the Mining sectors.
Responsibilities
Participate and produce various deliverables in line with the project needs;
Developing and producing design deliverables on a variety of industrial projects;
Work in multidisciplinary project teams, produce and sign off deliverables;
Work with the department Lead to pursue new business opportunities with new and/or existing clients;
Assist stakeholders in proposal writing and fee estimates;
Collaboratively support business/operations through sound management of value, risk, content, communication, knowledge & resources;
Provide expertise in brownfield and sustaining projects;
Ensuring compliance to Health & Safety, as well as all other regulations & policies;
Development & implementation of budgets;
Partake to site surveys;
Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering;
Ideally 2+ years of completing Engineering design work in the Mining and/or Oil and Gas sectors;
P.Eng designation or eligible to become a P.Eng within Canada.
Proven organizational, analytical & problem-solving skills;
Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, self-motivate, and adapt to change;
Excellent Communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
Experience with metal / mineral processing plants, piping, cooling systems, compression, mining operations, conveyance systems and / or pressure vessels is considered an asset
