To determine final salary, Babcock considers a variety of factors including the successful Candidate’s skills and experience and internal equity. The final base salary offer is at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.

In this role, you will:

Work with Sustainment Program Managers to plan and execute delivery of Platform and Combat system engineering, and ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) activities in accordance with the Victoria In-Service Support Contract (VISSC) Performance Work Statement.

Support delivery of risk-based sustainment activities in support of Director General, Maritime Equipment Program Management (DGMEPM), Submarines (SM) Platform and Combat Systems Section Heads to enable effective management of critical equipment and system capabilities.

Provide leadership and direction to Babcock Sustainment IPTs (Integrated Project Teams) to ensure execution of Babcock’s engineering support function delivers to a standard that meets or exceeds the requirements of VISSC and is aligned with DGMEPM(SM) program priorities.
