The starting rate for a Teacher Teaching On-Call ranges from $315.93 to $469.99 per day, with placement on the July 1, 2024 Teacher Salary Grid based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement. Additionally, a TTOC is paid $11.00 per day in lieu of benefits.

Individuals must have the following qualifications:
Successful K-12 Teacher training and practicum
BC Teacher Certification (or equivalent)
Working knowledge of the BC public education system, curriculum, and inclusive education practices
