About the Practice and Role
Private / Independent Dental Practice in Hastings
Full or part-time positions available
Excellent remuneration package and high earnings opportunities
Clinical freedom with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and technology
Modern facilities: new dental chairs, digital x‑rays, surgical motor, sedation equipment, implant tools, Trios scanner, Sirona CBCT (OPG pending)
Diverse treatment offerings: general and emergency dentistry, sedation, implants, crowns and bridges, surgical extractions
Competitive remuneration: 40% commission on the first $450,000 revenue with incremental increases, relocation/sign‑on bonuses, CPD allowance
Full‑time hours negotiable; flexible schedule including 4–5 days, late‑night shift, half‑day weekend options
Structured induction and hands‑on mentoring for treatment planning and clinical skills
About the Candidate
At least 3+ years of clinical experience in a similar role
Proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry; interest in endodontics, oral surgery, or CEREC technology is advantageous
Comfortable managing complex surgical extractions
Passionate patient care and strong relationships
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
