About the Role

Bell Canada is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join its support team as Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Bell customers, helping resolve issues and providing product support — via phone, chat, or email.

This is an ideal opportunity for new graduates, students, or anyone looking to start a career in telecom and customer care.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries about Bell products, services, and billing

  • Troubleshoot issues related to mobile, internet, TV, or home services

  • Provide clear, professional, and helpful communication

  • Promote relevant Bell solutions and services when appropriate

  • Record call details and follow up where necessary

  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education an asset

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and/or French

  • Good computer skills (typing, multitasking, navigating systems)

  • Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure

  • Team-oriented with a strong desire to help others

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Equipment & Training:
  • Paid training (typically 2–3 weeks) provided by Bell

  • If remote: must have a quiet home workspace and high-speed internet

  • Bell may provide equipment or a stipend, depending on the location
