The Role

To be qualified for these internships, you must be currently enrolled in a Canadian Post-Secondary Institution. Also, these positions are hybrid and you will be expected to work from the office 2-3 times a week (providing a Kyndryl office is within reasonable distance from your home residence).

The Role
The Sales Acceleration and Complex Solutions team supports Kyndryl Go-to-Market resources, bringing several skills to these teams to help them deliver competitive solutions to our clients. As a Graphic Design Intern within Kyndryl’s Sales Acceleration and Complex Solutions team, you will leverage your advanced design, communication, and information visualization skills to produce impactful visual communications.
In this role, you will assist in designing presentations, infographics, and digital assets for client proposals and presentations. You’ll also contribute to the creation of marketing collateral and participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new visual concepts for our deal teams. Working closely with a senior graphic designer, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing projects from concept to completion, applying your creativity to real-world business challenges.
By the end of your internship, you will have gained proficiency in industry-standard design tools, improved your ability to translate complex information into compelling visuals, and built a portfolio of work that demonstrates your impact on Kyndryl’s brand. This experience will prepare you not only to contribute meaningfully in a professional environment, but also to showcase your achievements as you advance in your design career.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and developing innovative, reusable visual assets to enhance Kyndryl’s Go-to-Market initiatives and client deliverables
Applying Kyndryl’s established marketing and brand guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all creative deliverables and collateral
Collaborating actively with a Graphic Design Mentor, Marketing teams, and Go-to-Market resources to conceptualize and refine compelling visual narratives for client-facing materials
Managing the full design process, transforming initial concepts into polished, impactful deliverables for clients
Contributing creative solutions to internal SharePoint sites and expand the Visual Design Library for broader team use

The ideal candidate will demonstrate competencies in the following areas:
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Design, Graphics Design, or Multi-media design
Proficient in design and documentation development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, SharePoint, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools
