Job Description

CEDA is seeking a Document Control Administrator out of our Fort Mac Kay Industrial Park shop. The successful candidate will act as the liaison between operations and Quality Assurance. They will be responsible for performing a full range of contract administration.

By representing CEDA in a professional and skilled manner, document control Administrator will help drive our company’s success by helping service our internal and external customers through our mechanical service line.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of document control processes and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to create, review, revise, and archive documents accurately.
  • Familiarity with version control and ensuring teams work off the latest documentation.
  • Identifying gaps in documentation workflows and recommending enhancements.
  • Able to manage multiple document requests, approvals, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry, formatting, and document tracking.

Role Specifications:

  • 2+ years of related document control administration work experience
  • Minimum Grade 12 education
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint (and SharePoint, Bluebeam or other various client systems)

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy in data entry, formatting, and document tracking.
  • Excels within customer service has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Quick learner, especially when it comes to computer programs
  • Ability to work within fast-paced, dynamic and changing priority environments
