What's the Job?
Client is seeking a reliable Depot Admin - Administrative Assistant to support depot operations, training compliance, payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative functions. This role is fully onsite and essential to maintaining efficient and compliant operations across the depot.
Duration: 1 year (possible extension)
Travel: Minimal; Drivers Abstract required
Suggested Pay Rate: T4 - $25.94/hr
Key Responsibilities Coordinate EH&S, Technical Training, OQ, and Safety Observation programs. Process weekly payroll and time adjustments in Workday. Manage uniform and PPE programs, including tracking eligibility and returns. Update tracking tools for workload planning and maintain on call schedules. Support meetings and committees (e.g., JHSC), including minutes and action tracking. Code and enter invoices in SAP/Mark View and handle staff expenses.
Maintain training reports (LMS/CBT) and provide daily Workday/IT support. Manage email lists, emergency contacts, SharePoint updates, and communications. Serve as depot contact for vendors/contractors and coordinate facility access Required Skills Experience supporting EH&S, training, and compliance programs. Proficiency with Workday , SAP/Mark View , LMS/CBT systems, and MS Office. Ability to process payroll, track compliance, and manage PPE/uniform programs. Experience coding invoices, processing expenses, and maintaining tracking tools.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally (approx. 2 /month).
