Project Administration Assistant

Reporting to the site Construction Management team, the Project Admin will provide assistance with construction management and project control functions with a wide range important activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting range of project leaders in progress management of project.
  • Assisting Safety Department with tracking contractor hours.
  • Database entry for behaviour based safety event tracker.
  • Support the NORCAT online onboarding system
  • Support priority site logistics – camp booking, charter flight bookings
  • Work with Project Controls Team to track and report on the project progress and contractor daily charges.
  • Compiling and updating complex Excel spreadsheets to monitor progress of contracts.
  • Reconciling invoice data per existing contracts.
  • PPE control, ordering and issuance
  • Truck bookings/airport drop offs
  • VIP bookings and travel arrangements
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as required.

    • This role is a rotational Shift 14 days on, 14 days off, fly in fly out from site.
