Your role
As an accounting clerk handling billing for payer organizations (CNESST, RAMQ), you will become a key expert in compliance validation within the hearing health field. You will learn in detail the requirements of the payer organizations and act as a liaison between the Lobe clinics, the verification team and the payer organizations.

Play a key role in the success of the organization!

· Validate the compliance of invoices and patient file elements to ensure they meet the requirements of payer organizations (CNESST, RAMQ).

· Send invoices to payer organizations.

· Follow up with clinics (non-compliant items and necessary corrections).

· Process the payment of statements from payer organizations.

· Monitor accounts receivable.
Your Profile

· DEP or DEC in accounting with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience

· Professionalism

· Kindness and patience

· Resourcefulness and efficiency

· Good judgment

· Flexibility/multitasking

· Willingness and ability to learn

· Attention to detail and sense of responsibility

· Good command of the French language
