What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and coach multiple agile teams on scrum best practices and SAFe PI Planning
  • Own and drive all agile/scrum ceremonies
  • Actively identify and manage risks and dependencies
  • Foster close cooperation, self-organization, and growth within the team
  • Support the product manager and/or product owner in goal definition and backlog management
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related IT/Technical field
  • 5-7 years of experience in Agile software development, in a Scrum Master, Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role
  • Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure Dev Ops)
  • Experience managing dependencies and risks in large-scale Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts, cycle time) and their application in team performance improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification
  • Experience with software development for medical devices or a regulated field
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance frameworks related to software development
  • Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
