- Lead and coach multiple agile teams on scrum best practices and SAFe PI Planning
- Own and drive all agile/scrum ceremonies
- Actively identify and manage risks and dependencies
- Foster close cooperation, self-organization, and growth within the team
- Support the product manager and/or product owner in goal definition and backlog management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related IT/Technical field
- 5-7 years of experience in Agile software development, in a Scrum Master, Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure Dev Ops)
- Experience managing dependencies and risks in large-scale Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts, cycle time) and their application in team performance improvement
- Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification
- Experience with software development for medical devices or a regulated field
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance frameworks related to software development
- Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
