We are seeking a dynamic and competent Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of legal issues, primarily dealing with creditors, financial institutions, insurance, disputes, and appellate court matters. The role requires strong legal writing and a deep understanding of the financial industry. The Associate Attorney will work closely with our team of seasoned lawyers, manage client relationships, conduct legal research, and represent clients in court.

• Provide expert legal support and advice to clients in the areas of creditors, financial institutions, insurance, and disputes.
• Represent clients in court, particularly in appellate court matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Collaborate with our team of attorneys to develop legal strategies and solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations related to our practice areas.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state and in good standing with the state Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of attorney experience, preferably in creditors, financial institutions, insurance, disputes, and appellate court matters.
• Exceptional legal writing skills.
• Proven experience representing clients in court, particularly in appellate court.
• Strong understanding of the financial industry and related legal issues.
• Excellent research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
