Pre-Hung Door Department Supervisor

Overview

WHI’s pre-hung door department is made up of three industrial scale pre-hanging door lines including a state of the art 994-X from KVAL Door Machinery. In addition to the machinery, WHI maintains a large inventory of door slabs, hinges, jambs, etc. to service the needs of our customers over a four-state area. The ideal candidate for this position would oversee the day-to-day operations within the department.

This includes scheduling orders to meet specific deadlines, maintaining the highest level of quality standards, and supervising team members to work safely and efficiently.

• Organize and schedule customer orders.
• Foster a clean and efficient work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and service.
• Oversee cross-training of employees to create a well-balanced team.

• Previous experience in pre-hanging is a plus, but not required.
• Previous supervising experience.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills are necessary for success.
