Retail Store Manager – Campbellsville KY, WI

We’re hiring a hands-on leader to run a local footwear store where team energy, great service, and community connection matter. If you know how to drive results, coach people, and still make it fun, this is your kind of role.

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $58,000.00/yr

This range is provided by Global Recruiters of Low country (GRN). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Lead the team, own the dual store concept (family footwear + work & safety footwear/ apparel), while building a revenue stream community based business to business
• Create a great customer experience with energy and care
• Recruit, train, and schedule a winning team
• Build local relationships through events and outreach
• Keep the store organized, merchandised, and ready to sell
• Handle daily operations, deposits, and reporting

• Skill in coaching, developing team members, setting expectations, and driving performance
• Confidence in running a store and driving revenue stream outside the store
• Strong communication and a people-first approach
