Position: Physical Therapist
Location: 100 Medical Park Dr, Suite B, across from Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: Full time – Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

• Perform assessments and demonstrate proficiency in body mechanics, supporting growth and development across all ages.
• Interpret and identify functional goals and objectives to build individualized treatment plans.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families.
• Ensure accurate documentation for treatment plans, progress notes, discharges, and evaluations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and other team members.
• Maintain current knowledge of hospital policies, regulations, and standards of practice for compliance purposes.
• Follow HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Participate in continuous education and adopt best practices.

• Valid KY PT license
