Position:
State Registered Nursing Assistant (SRNA)

Location:

Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, ICU Department at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky

Schedule:

Full time, part-time, PRN positions – varied shifts available (weekend rotations required)

• Adheres to hospital policies and standards
• Maintains patient documentation within scope of practice
• Participates in required education, competencies, and training requirements
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and other team members
• Follows HIPAA compliance
• Responds to emergent situations and demonstrates strong skills
• Adheres to patient safety and monitors patient needs frequently
• Takes responsibility and initiative for job duties

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid KY SRNA license
• 1-2+ years of experience preferred
• Strong attentive and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast pace
• Maintain accurate and concise documentation
• Frequent walking, standing, and lifting
• Able to lift over 50 lbs
• BLS required through the American Heart Association (renewals provided by TRH employment)
