• Provide physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by a qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient’s Plan of Treatment.
• Confere with the Physical Therapist regularly regarding the patient’s plan of treatment, status of progress toward goals, questions and concerns.
• Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the Physical Therapist of record and assist in securing special adaptive equipment for the patient to improve function.
• Maintain and submit patient treatment and billing documentation in the required format and timelines.

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Preferred: minimum one year of experience as a PTA.
• Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
