As a Client Service Associate, you will engage with clients, confirm appointments, and provide essential support to ensure exceptional client experiences. You will also distribute marketing materials and keep clients engaged during wait times.
What you need- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
