Job Overview: Join AT&T as a Field Sales Representative, connecting with customers, introducing latest technology and services directly in their homes. You’ll deliver personalized sales interactions, offer hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.

Compensation: Salary range $61,800 – $100,000 per year, plus uncapped commission opportunities. $3,000 sign‑on bonus (paid in 3 increments). Total potential earnings can exceed $100,000 for top performers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete paid training and leverage coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning to enable independent field work.
• Engage existing customers daily, delivering scheduled appointments and warm‑prospect interactions.
• Use strong negotiation and communication skills to secure deals and drive sales.

Key Expectations &

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of commission sales experience; outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in upselling techniques to increase customer value and satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Valid driver’s license; able to drive a company vehicle for official business.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check, drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.
