Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Manager, Global Equity & Reward to help deliver innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients. In this role, you’ll manage projects across the full lifecycle of global share plans—supporting design, implementation, and compliance—while collaborating with senior stakeholders in HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax.

Work primarily from NYC or Stamford. - Periodic travel:
Client meetings, training sessions, and team workshops.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination:
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams. - Client Delivery & Relationship Management:
Act as key point of contact for client projects. - Compliance & Risk Oversight:
Establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation. - Equity Program Management:
Support design and rollout of global equity plans. - Team Development:
Mentor junior team members, review work. - Insights & Analytics:
Support development of dashboards and reporting tools.
Must Have
- 7+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
- Experience managing multi‑country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
- Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).
Nice to Have
- Understanding of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards.
- Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Regular full‑time position, hybrid role.
- Location:
New York, NY. - Base salary: $106,200 – $174,500 USD, plus performance bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
