We are reinventing consumer credit. We wildly reduce the cost of capital by using technology to easily tap into people’s assets. Our first product is the world's cheapest credit card – backed by home equity. Using many patented technologies, we sped up a process that usually takes 4-6 weeks and thousands of dollars down to as fast as 15 minutes and $0 to get.

Who are we?

We are a well-capitalized (over $250MM in equity funding) team of technology (Square, Microsoft, Facebook) and finance (Discover, Capital One, Goldman Sachs) executives with top-tier investors – Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, Max Levchin, NYCA, Sequoia, Sci Fi VC, Caffeinated Capital, etc.

Our team includes people who have built:

• Financial products (Square/Cash App, the earliest Capital One credit cards)
• Technology infrastructure (Visual Studio, Windows & Azure, helped design the C++ & C# languages)
• Mathematics & science infrastructure (computational research at NASA’s JPL)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Recruiter & Admin to join our team and support our full-cycle recruiting efforts under the guidance of the Lead Recruiter. In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying top talent, coordinating hiring processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You’ll also provide light executive support, including calendar coordination and occasional travel arrangements for leadership team members.

Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of the Lead Recruiter to support the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, Linked In, referrals, and talent pipelines to maintain a steady pool of qualified applicants.
• Conduct resume reviews, initial phone screens, and coordinate interview panels; assess candidates for skill set, culture fit, and long-term potential.
• Extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth transitions from offer acceptance to onboarding.
• Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between executives and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with scheduling internal meetings, interviews, and occasional travel arrangements for executives or leadership team members as needed

Qualification

• 4+ years of experience
• Have a bachelor's degree
• Ability to take the lead with very little supervision after being taught
• Effectively executes tasks based on given instructions
• Identifies potential gaps in support and proactively inquires if additional help is needed
• Highly responsive on SMS and Email
