About Campbell Page

Campbell Page is a for‑purpose organisation dedicated to supporting individuals, families and communities to reach their full potential. We work across employment, education, disability, and community services, with a strong commitment to improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Our approach is strengths‑based, community‑led and focused on creating meaningful, lasting change.

About the Preschool

Mogo Aboriginal Preschool provides a high‑quality early learning environment for children aged 3–6 years, supporting a mix of Aboriginal and non‑Aboriginal children. The service is deeply embedded in community and guided by the Aboriginal 8 Ways of Learning, ensuring culture, identity and connection are central to every child’s learning journey. This work is strengthened through mentoring and professional development led by Aboriginal industry leaders with recognised professional expertise and deep cultural authority, supporting culturally responsive practice and continuous quality improvement.

Our preschool operates in a holistic environment, where educators work closely with both children and families, recognising the vital role family and community play in early learning and development. A core focus of the service is closing the gap in education outcomes and supporting children to transition confidently into school.

The Director is the Nominated Supervisor and is responsible for the overall leadership, management and quality of the preschool. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager – Indigenous, Youth & Family Services, the Director leads a dedicated team to deliver high‑quality, culturally responsive early childhood education in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF).

This role is both strategic and hands‑on, combining educational leadership, community engagement and operational management to ensure the preschool continues to thrive.
