Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, from office buildings and mixed-use developments to plazas and outdoor areas. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and our internal team.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of a range of projects, including office buildings, mixed-use developments, plazas, outdoor areas, and renovations.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.Create detailed 3D renderings of project designs using software such as Sketchup and Adobe.Manage all phases of design, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly and to a high standard.Review and approve shop drawings and material samples for conformance with design.Maintain a strong knowledge of current design trends, materials, and technologies.Contribute to the repositioning of projects and the development of new design concepts.Qualifications
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Architect or Project Manager in the engineering industry.Proficient in 3D rendering software, such as Sketchup, and Adobe suite.Experience with office building, interior, renovation, plaza, outdoor areas, mixed-use, and repositioning projects.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design skills and experience.Professional registration or eligibility to become registered.Proficient in relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.A creative problem solver with a strong attention to detail and a passion for design.Interested in hearing more?
