Salary $140,000 - $180,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the construction industry, including design, engineering, and building processes.

This position requires a high level of communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Meeting contractual conditions of performance.
• Reviewing the work progress on a daily basis.
• Preparing internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Analyzing, managing, and mitigating risks.
• Ensuring that all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
• Delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
• Proven working experience in construction project management.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• The ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software packages.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
