BE- IT Project Manager

Who are we?

As a Project Manager, you will join our Strategy & Governance service line
, where we are shaping visionary strategies and robust governance to drive sustainable business successes.

What is your role?

You will be part of a journey where you will have two impacts: a client impact and an internal impact
. For the internal impact, based on your skills and time, you will be joining our internal Project Management
community at CBTW
, to share knowledge and best practices. Our PMs’ members organised recently a session where they talked about IT Projects Roadblocks and how to prevent it. It was an hour session where everyone could share his/her experience and give advice.
For the client impact
, tasks can vary depending on the client and the project, but as a Project Manager, you will mainly:

• Be responsible for managing an IT project from start to finish
  .
• Ensure projects and administrative follow-up.
• Define scope, priorities, sequence of tasks to be delivered.
• Be the link between the strategic (e.g., senior management) and operational units (e.g., business analysts) of the company.
• Work with the different stakeholders to ensure that milestones are properly defined, scoped, and budgeted
  .
• Make sure that the planning is respected and that all stakeholders are doing their parts in an efficient and timely manner.
• Communicate with the business regarding advancement, pain points within the projects.
• Train internal and external teams on the implemented solution, depending on the project.

What is your profile?

You:

• Have at least a bachelor's degree
• Have at least 3 years of experience with IT projects (data migration, new application, cloud development, etc.)
• Preferably have a background or an experience in IT

• Speak fluently English, Dutch, and French

• Will be an outstanding candidate if you share our values:
