Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas such as lobbies, corridors, waiting areas, and exterior perimeters to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance issues to report.;
Monitor access points and visitor flow, assist with way finding, and verify credentials and/or authorization as required by site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, coordinating with site leadership, and contacting law enforcement and/or medical staff when appropriate.;
Complete detailed activity and incident reports, document patrol findings, and communicate relevant updates during shift handoff to support continuity of operations.
