What You'll Do:

+ Build strong, lasting relationships with clients while ensuring their satisfaction and continued loyalty.

+ Drive B2B sales by identifying opportunities and offering solutions that truly meet client needs.

+ Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries-your great service sets us apart!

+ Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies and hit shared goals.

+ Visit clients onsite and conduct field meetings to strengthen partnerships and understand business needs firsthand.

+ Create clear, insightful sales reports and forecasts to track your progress and stay ahead of trends.

+ Stay informed on industry news and competitors so you're always ready to win.

+ Negotiate confidently and close deals that support both client success and company growth.

+ Provide exceptional follow-up and ongoing support to ensure clients always feel valued.

Requirements

+ Proven experience in account management with a focus on B2B sales.

+ Strong skills in inside sales and handling inbound inquiries.

+ Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

+ Proficiency in preparing sales reports and analyzing data.

+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.

+ Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software.

+ Willingness to travel for onsite and field sales activities.
