AR Engineering CO-OP

Job purpose

Under direct supervision of the engineering manager, you will assist in the development and implementation of clear, complete and accurate Engineering documentation such as 3D models, 2D drawings, work instructions and specifications.

Duties and responsibilities

* Creation / revision of 3D models and 2D drawings using Creo CAD software.

* Creation / revision of work instructions.

* Support Engineers and Management staff perform their responsibilities.

* Use software tools like Excel to organize and analyze large data sets for specifically assigned goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

* Working toward a bachelor's degree in mechanical or mechatronic engineering.

* Self-motivated and ability to meet deadlines.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

* 3D/2D software experience

* Previous internship experience

Physical requirements

Must have full range of body motion. Certain operations require repetitive bending, squatting and full arm extension. Manual lifting, not exceeding fifty (50) pounds may be required. Able to visit various manufacturing environments.
