Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor; TCIS

Position: Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor (TCIS)
ATCS's Construction Services group is growing! We are looking for a qualified Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor (TCIS) to join our talented team in Harrisburg, PA and the surrounding areas.

Duties:

* Serve as Lead Inspector on transportation construction inspections on Highway, Bridges, Environmental, Traffic, and Facilities type projects

* Write daily progress reports

* Oversight of contractor work crews to ensure compliance with contract documents, reading and interpretation of contract documents to verify that safe construction practices are being utilized to produce quality results

* Complete documentation of materials, labor compliance, safety, processing estimates, work orders, and adjustments

* Report on-site activities and daily progress to the Project Engineer via standardized reporting, responsible for calculation and determination of pay quantities

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum experience and certification criteria for PennDOT Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor 1

* Knowledgeable in PennDOT Road & Bridges specifications and standards

* Knowledge of mathematics to include algebra, geometry and trigonometry

* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.

* Demonstrating ability to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary (Valid driver's license is required)

* Valid Drivers License

* Must be eligible to work in the United States

* Proficient in Site Manager, or other project management software

Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $29.58 to $33.82 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for overtime and an annual bonus, with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary. .
