Construction Superintendent

Ideal candidates should possess:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction, with a focus on superintendent or equivalent roles
• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills to coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and ability to enforce safety standards onsite
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and managing schedules
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and motivate teams effectively
• Demonstrated capability to build strong client relationships and ensure project quality

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily onsite operations ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with Project Managers to coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for smooth project execution
• Maintain comprehensive daily reports and monitor project progress against scheduled milestones
• Enforce safety policies and proactively identify and mitigate risks on site
• Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure satisfactory project delivery
• Conduct site inspections, review blueprints, and manage change orders as needed
• Lead and mentor onsite teams, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability
