This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys variety, values teamwork, and wants their work to directly support the success of the firm. In this role, you'll partner closely with our Director of Finance, contributing to core internal accounting operations while helping strengthen and improve firm-wide processes.

What You'll Do

As Firm Accountant, you'll play a key role in the firm's financial operations, including:

• Maintaining the general ledger and preparing account reconciliations
• Assisting with financial reporting and internal analysis
• Managing the accounts receivable process
• Managing the accounts payable function
• Assisting with payroll administration
• Overseeing internal employee expense management
• Supporting the Director of Finance with various financial and administrative initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Associate's degree in Accounting (required)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with Sage and/or CCH Axcess Practice is a plus
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working collaboratively across teams
