Refrigeration Maintenance Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of industrial refrigeration experience, recent graduate from an industrial refrigeration program, or 12 months of industrial maintenance experience (Must list experience on the application and/or in the resume).
• Passing a Level 4 pulmonary function test and physical examination, with annual recertification required to maintain the position.
• Clean‑shaven requirement for proper fit when using SCBA (Self‑Contained Breathing Apparatus) equipment.
• Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days.

• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and company assets.
• Utilization of Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Ladders, Fall Protection, and Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
• Willingness for overtime and weekend work.
• Completion of computer‑based training and data entry into the SAP system.
