Shift: Evenings (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

• Active Missouri RN or LPN License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Compassion, reliability, and dedication to resident care

• Provide safe, attentive nursing care to residents
• Monitor changes in resident conditions and report to physicians/RNs
• Administer medications and treatments
• Supervise CNAs and ensure care plan compliance
• Accurately document care and resident updates
• Maintain a clean, safe environment
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members
