** Educational Leader
** to guide pedagogy, mentor educators, and embed high-quality practice across the service. This is a role for a leader who enjoys influencing teaching practice, strengthening reflective culture, and supporting teams to deliver meaningful learning outcomes aligned with the
** EYLF

**** What You’ll Bring**
* ** Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care** (ACECQA-approved)
* Demonstrated experience in an
** Educational Leader or senior educator role
*** Strong knowledge of
** EYLF, NQS, and quality improvement processes**
* ** Working with Children Check (Employee – NSW)
*** A collaborative leadership style with confident communication skills
* ** Educational Leader allowance** (as per role structure)
