Job Overview
Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse II provides individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process; delivers safe and effective care and interacts with other members of the health care team to achieve desired results.

Schedule & Shift24–48 hours per week on a 6‑week rotating schedule, depending on the tier you choose. Scheduled work hours are 12‑hour shifts.
PayHourly rate. Pay grade:
Health‑28.
Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Licensure & CertificationsRegistered Nurse licensure by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required (AHA BLS or AHA‑recognized alternative). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) also required.
Physical & Mental RequirementsAbility to stand, sit, walk, climb stairs, work indoors, outdoors in temperature extremes, from elevated areas, in confined spaces, kneeling, bending at waist, twisting at waist, squatting, pinching, gross and fine motor skills, reach overhead, perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, use both legs for balance and coordination, reach in all directions, lift and carry 50 lbs. unassisted; lift/lower 50 lbs.
objects from floor, lift 25 lbs. overhead, exert up to 50 lbs. force; maintain vision and hearing acuity; work rotating shifts, overtime as required; work in latex‑safe environment; maintain tactile sensory functions; qualified for respirator use.
