7.5 D Pay Rate: $2845.00 - $2931.00

We are seeking a skilled Psych professional for a travel assignment in the charming city of Camden, South Carolina. Camden offers a variety of activities and places to explore, enriching your stay with a perfect blend of history, culture, and Southern hospitality. The area is known for its captivating tourist attractions, which include the rich history depicted at Historic Camden and the natural beauty of Lake Wateree.

This role involves working with PreK-12th grade students and is based out of Lugoff, SC. The responsibilities include conducting evaluations, attending special education meetings, managing behavior, providing consultation, and counseling within the NASP model of practice. You'll have an office location at the local elementary school but can expect to provide support to other district needs as identified. You will work weekdays from Monday to Friday.

Note that payment only covers the hours worked and does not include school holidays or closures due to teacher workshops or inclement weather. Required Qualifications
Psychologist, School

Master’s or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
State Certification and / or Licensure is Required to Start the Assignment

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a School Setting is Preferred
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members
Proficiency in assessment tools and techniques used in school and educational settings
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
Strong Knowledge of Child Development, Learning Theories, and Behavioral Interventions
