Licensed Master Social Worker Or Licensed Independent Social Worker

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) located in Camden, SC. The professional in this role will provide individual and group counseling, assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and assist patients in accessing community resources. The role involves collaborating with medical staff, advocating for patient well-being, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• State licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
• Experience with individual counseling, group counseling, and client needs assessment
• Skills in case management, treatment planning, and connecting clients to community resources
• Strong interpersonal communication, advocacy, and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of legal and ethical standards in social work practice
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed and confidential records
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited institution
• Experience in healthcare or community mental health settings is preferred
